Batman's gauntlets are part of the Batsuit. They are characteristed by tough leather gloves and sideblades on the forearms. Bruce obtains them from Ducard.

The sideblades are capable of trapping and cutting sword blades.
Glider activation[]
Batman's cape can be changed into a rigid glider structure by feeding it an electric current from the gloves.
Projectile[]
The sideblades can be fired as projectiles. Batman uses this function to stop the Joker from blowing up two ferries full of people.
